Can't receive calls

I seem to have a new issue that started yesterday.

The problem is that when someone calls, the phone will ring one short ring then the hi-phone will pickup the call. No phones in the house were taken off hook. If I then pick up any phone, I can talk to the person calling.

I am able to call out just fine. Use voice commands over the phone just fine. It only seems to be an issue receiving calls.

Any ideas?

Wish I did. I just unplugged my W2C while my folks are out of town. They were calling and calling but no answer. Guess that's why God created cell phones.

Turn up your logging is hsphone and in the advanced tab for the seup on the Way2Call.

How many rings is yours setup to answer?

do you have an IVR script set? have you tried changing it back to defaults?

This sounds like an easy 'setting related' problem...

If not post logs, screen shots whatever you got... in troubleshooting more info is better.
