When the phone handset is lifted events stopped working

    Hi,

i have an event that turns off the music in my home office when i lift the handset, and i noticed that it stopped working in 2016, has anyone else had issues with this event trigger?

The "When Caller ID information is available" trigger is working without issue.

    any ideas?

    thanks

Mine was working fine until I got rid of my landline a year ago. Did you try deleting the trigger and re-building it? The event trigger I used was:
IF When the phone handset is lifted on line 487-7908 (1)

Also, are you sure the phones are all routed through the Way2Call, ie plugged into the Way2Call line out, not just plugged into the same jack. Line in and out reversed maybe?
