We currently use WinCati for telephone surveys and they suggested using Way2Call's Hi Phone Tapi Modem USB to capture voice in some of our surveys. We purchased a few of them and we are having problems with a delay. When the interviewer calls a respondent they can not hear us for a few seconds and this is a problem. When we contacted WinCati and Way2Call they told us to download the new driver, but we had already done that. If anyone has any ideas on our problem and how to fix it, that would be great. Thanks.
