    outbound voice volume

    using HS2 and a way2call unit, the volume (as heard by the calling in party) is very low.

    I have adjusted some of the volume settings in HS2 but it still does not seem to produce a good level of communications.

    What setting within HS2 (as I have already called way2call and they point to HS2 as the controlling entity) must be adjusted.???

    Poke around in the Setup / Phone / Select the modem to configure or add to the system area. Fiddle with:


    Enable Volume Boosting of Recorded Messages: Yes
    Amount to Boost Volume By: 15

    There may be other settings too.

      The boost setting is for recorded messages. There is a volume setting for the text-to-speech voice, try increasing that. That is the only setting for the volume level.
