HST connected in remotely to my system and fixed this problem. Since I'm only using the W2C to obtain caller ID information the "Reset Caller-ID on First Ring" option has to be set to "Yes". Apparently, if you use the W2C to answer calls and take messages you have to set that to "No". I thought I had tried setting it to "Yes" at one time but maybe I didn't. I tried so many combinations of settings that I'm not certain exactly what all I tried. Anyway, it seems to be working great now. Thanks HST.
