way2call does not detect dtmf

I am using Homeseer 2.3.0.19 with way2call, hai, insteon, gc100, and cm11a x10. My way2call system worked fine for about a month, then it quit detecting dtmf tones and the volume of the recorded messages from callers is so low I can barely hear them.
I tested the way2call with the way2call test software, and it detects all buttons.
I have repaired homeseer, and removed and installed the way2call several times. still no help.
I would appreciate some help. If my way2call is defective, I need to send it back, but I want to make sure it is not homeseer first.

Have you boosted the volume in the HSPhone setup dialog? I had to boost mine a good bit to get it working well. You might also try setting it to Answer Internal Immediately to see if it gets you in. At least you'd know if it's being recognized. Does the log show HS seeing it off hook?
