I have call waiting caller ID but it doesn't seem to be working with HSP and the W2C. Is there some setting that needs to be enabled to get this to work or will it not work with W2C?

Ian, there's a lot of back and forth in those threads and they seem to contradict (one says CWCID is ignored by HS and the other says HS Pro announces the call although this may have been removed in the last release).
Assuming HS is not in the middle, is there something then on the W2C software that needs to be enabled. Not sure why in any case I would not get CWCID on the handset.Comment

Here you go.. in your config dir edit hsphone.ini and add the following at the end of the [HSPhone] section
enable_cid_name_generation=False
enable_message_waiting_led=False
change to true if you want them and go play again
