Do the Voices work with Way2Call

Do the Non-microsoft voices work with the Way2Call modem or Just the PCI modem. I just tried the voices (8K) for the first time and got " " instead of my announcemnt....

They work on mine (I have the neospeech HS voices). Did you go into the phone settings and select the voice? Do you have the appropriate sound and mic devices selected (see thread here http://board.homeseer.com/showthread.php?t=144571)?

Also, I think the older ATT voices might be a little more troublesome than the newer voices...if you have them maybe that's a different story.

Microsoft Mary works fine...

When I select VW Kate 8 or 16 all I get is silence...

Is there a way to "Upgrade" my voices?
