This is what I would do:
1) Shut down HS
2) Power down the machine the HS is on
3) Once the computer is powered down, power down the W2C
4) Power up the HS Computer and launch HS BUT, leave the W2C off
5) After the computer is completely booted into HS, power on the W2C let it all mount up and load
6) Optional- Once it is all stable, restart HS program.

This problem re-solved..
This problem is now re-solved, I ended up replacing the way2call hi-phone.. it now passes all hardware test. VR still not right, but at least the hardware is back to normal..
