My Caller ID works great for announcements from HS but I do not get the ID passed onto the handsets. Is this normal?

how are your phones connected (line -> HomeSeer -> handset is most common, just making sure).
also, do you have HSPro or HS Standard?
Finally, I assume you're using a w2c, w2c lite, or hiPhone pci modem?

The is normal if you have Mute Rings Until CID Is Available enabled.
