    Problem Executing Voice Commands via Way2Call

    I have just installed a Way2Call Lite on my Homeseer system running HSPRO. The unit appears to be working correctly for most functions but I am unable to execute device commands from internal phones. When I press the # key I hear the voice "Yes Sir". The system is able to recognize "Run Event" "name of event" but I am not able to execute simple "turn light ON / OFF". I have confirmed that the devices have been set up for voice comments (both mic & phone). I also note the system does not recognize simple commands like "goodbye" or "hello" which have been set up.

    Any ideas on what settings I need to check or other suggestions to fix the issue would be welcome.

    I had similar issues, it was really trial an error for me and never got it to work properly. I think 64 bit Windows was mainly the culprit but not sure.
