DTMF in Event Help

I am trying to trigger an event in HS2 with DTMF and my Way2Call modem. I have set the event as a phone event with the voice command enabled and the DTMF trigger number inserted. However, when I call into HomeSeer and key in the number, the voice states that the mailbox number is not recognized and I should try again. I'm obviously not trying to access a mailbox. So, what else do I need to do to get this event to work?
