Ecobee 4 digits app code not valid

I used the code provided by the plugin (not the one in the example).

What code did you use? you can't use the one from the screenshot of the user guide. The code is generated dynamically by the plugin using the Ecobee API, when you click "Ecobee Authorization" button from the the config page.

I just tried again the authorization process and it worked for me.
Could you try again, making sure you copy/paste the four characters.

I just installed (trial version) the Ecobee update and the 4 digit code provided is not a valid code according to Ecobee..

Please what code can I use?
