Ecobee - Errror the call failed for an unknown reason

Lately I have been getting this error - so far I have not been able to trace the cause, as it was working fine before, and no changes been made.

    Any ideas please?
    Thanks,

I have also been experiencing errors from Ecobee communications; mine started after an extended power outage this summer. I tried reinstalling the plug-in but continued getting errors. They didn't seem to be impacting functionality so I never got around to asking:

After seeing this message, I ran the plug-in in Debug mode last night when there isn't any plug-in interaction and the above errors were generated - attached.

      Hope this helps...

what version of the Ecobee plugin are you running?
Could you set the log level to Debug, and post the logs.

Did you try to do the authorization process again?

that's a different error and one that I have never seen before.
Do you run HS3 on Linux? What is your mono version?

Not sure this is related to your problems, but please install version 3.0.0.28 available in the Beta section of the updater.
This version fixes a problem with a security protocol change on Ecobee servers.
Do the authorization process again if necessary.

Thanks, Spud - Updated to 3.0.0.28, did not require re-authorization. Unfortunately, still getting the A task was canceled and Error while copying content to a stream errors. New log file attached.
