cant find thermostat

I have two ecobee's and both are giving me the error. I have deleted the Ecobee Authorization and added it back, it seem to start about the same day ecobee had an outage

anyone else having this error?

Have you tried to reauthorize again? The last time I saw that error I had to do it three times before it "took". (I did not have any problems after the servers came back up for the last one, though.)
