I'm replacing an old RCS TR40 thermostat connected to HS3 via RS232/485 with a new wifi one. I looked at Honeywell, Nest, and EcoBee, and believe the EcoBee is the best for my purposes. So, a few questions about the Ecobee:
- Do all the EcoBee's (3 lite and 4) support the message capability?
- Is there any visual indicator to let you know there is a new message posted?
- Other than Alexa (which I don't need), are there any major differences? I'm probably going to buy one with a least one remote sensor.
