RS232 wiring for RC100 tstat

I believe that diagram is not what is needed. This is another post on the board with the correct wiring

Notice: the manual for RC100 suggest that you join the red and black wire. That seems to be wrong, as this document above describes a different layout.

Due to the clarity of the subject of this thread, I thought it would be good to post the correct spec
