Hi Guys, I'm a new poster, lay person, so bear with me. I have been using the HAI system and have been able to control my thermostat remotely in the past but this winter, it won't let me change the temp. from the control panel or via phone. This is a vacation home which I am at only every couple of weeks, but I did check that the wires were plugged in in the back of the thermostat.
