controlling RC80 with events

I tested this with an x10 trigger and it works well.

When setting up an event, choose "HAI Thermostat Actions"
Under the "Action" tab, there is a drop down list for "Fan" actions.

Ah, I found it, thanks... but it does not have the option to delay an action, darn...

what I am trying to do is turn on the fan only in certain conditions and then turn it back off a set amount of time later.




Well, I figured out a way, I can insert a wait into the action list... will test and let you know if it does not work.

I had wanted to create an event that would turn on the fan mode on the AC under certain conditions, the problem is that I cannot seem to control this from an event or any other command other than manually doing it from homeseer, any ideas?
