    Failed to receive Thermostat Data

I have two Honeywell Thermostats, which the Honeywell site shows fine.
Redlink seems to be functioning, and I can pull up the tools in my other data seems fine.

I'm reading about the "mono" issue, but not sure if that applies to my device, or how to update it if it does.

That's a new error message I haven't seen before. Since you're on a Zee, you are probably also affected by the mono bug (sounds like something I had in college...). If you could at least check the version of mono you're running, that would be the first step.
