Honeywell added a "Terms and Conditions" page you have to accept on the web portal. As long as you have not done this, the plugin will not work because this new page interrupts the normal login process. Here's what I did to make sure:
1. Stop the plugin
2. Login to https://mytotalconnectcomfort.com/portal/
3. Accept the Terms & Conditions
4. Make sure you can see your thermostat list, then sign out.
5. Start the plugin.
