    Nest Plug-In - Logging

I never seen anything in my HomeSeer logs from the Nest plugin if I have the logging level set to anything other than 'Debug'. Is this by design?

What I'm specifically after is an 'Info' level message that indicates when the HVAC status changes from 'Idle' to any other state (i.e., "Heating" or "Cooling")

    Bump.

    Is this plugin getting support?

Based on experience with anyone using any scripting APIs for Nest, the transition to google account seems to have broken stuff, e.g. https://www.reddit.com/r/Nest/commen...g2&sh=852f4313. So suggest class action or having everyone show up in MtnView with their useless thermostats asking for a refund. Or both.

        Sorry for the delay
At Info level the plugin logs some information when it starts, when it is shutdown, when it is authorized or deauthorized, when some devices are deleted, but not much else.
If you really want a log line when a HVAC status changes, you could create it yourself by adding an event with a WriteLog scripting function: https://forums.homeseer.com/forum/ho...age-to-the-log

Thanks for the link to that discussion -- I think that will meet my needs perfectly.
