I saw that someone else has had this problem some time ago, but it didn't seem like it was resolved. I am running HS2 ver 2.3.0.19 and rcs plugin version 2.4.0.2. I have a zone controller and 4 TR40 serial thermostats. I have full control over all of my thermostats, but for one exception. I can not enter or exit hold mode from the RCS thermostats status page in HS2. I can do so using manual events, and I can exit hold mode from my HSTouch iphone interface, but I can not enter hold mode from my HSTouch iphone interface, and I can not do either from the RCS thermostats status page in HS2.
I see there is a newer version of the plugin (2.4.0.7), but I didn't know if this issue is solved in it. I couldn't find any info about 2.4.0.7. I did see that people often have trouble with the plugin after updating, so I was very hesitant.
Any ideas?
