I just noticed ever since I switched to the new laptop the backup Zip file is only 1KB. The only diference between the two is on the old laptop HS3 was in Program Files and the new laptop HS3 is in Program Files (x86).

In BLBackup the option was C:\Program Files\Homeseer HS3 but the actual folder is C:\Program Files (x86)\HomeseerHS3.

I figured it out. I had to change the directory location in the plug-in.
