Full Backup creates two part zip file

Just setup BLBackup and it created a backup of the HS3 folder. It created two zip files:

    HomeSeerHS3_HS3_DAILY_2019-04-16_20-30-38_FULL_PART01.zip

    and
    HomeSeerHS3_HS3_DAILY_2019-04-16_20-30-38_FULL_PART02/zip

Is this normal for a basic full backup of one folder + subs setup as daily?

It is based on the total size of your directory structure. I don't remember the number, but it will split if the total structure size is over 1.5-1.7GB. Blade has probably set this in his configuration, though I don't know why or the maximum size he has chosen.

My HS3 folder is 3.69gb. 2,602 files. Zip file parts are part 1 is 23 meg and part two is 69meg.

So is the 2 gig limit the source files before compression? If the compression level is increased will that create one big zip files or is there a way to override the zip split.
