    New issue

    This started happening recently:
BLBackup Error The backup process (One Zip File - Full) has failed at 8/12/2019 10:50:14 AM
BackupFunctions.Do_Zip_Backup(): ERROR - Caught this exception processing directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\HomeSeer HS3\data - A device which does not exist was specified.

I assume that the device that does not exist is the attached USB drive, which does exist. I thought it might relate to the update of the plugin. I went back to an old version and issue is the same. I have attached the detailed debug log. Thanks.

Have you reported this on Blade's website too? He's more likely to see it there.

Capture a new debug log of the issue and post the entire log zipped

The problem I had is solved. It seems to have been a hardware, rather than a software, issue, related to USB hard drive and USB port. Sorry for the bother.
