edited again.. having fun trying to figure out my own problem.. hah..

anyway it seems that BLBackup is erroring because the HS3 DB is currently locked as HS3 is running?

I have not tried a backup yet in HS3. I will do that this weekend (probably tonight) and see what happens. Even though the database is open it should get backed up.
I will see what happens when I try it.
      Cheers,
      Bob

I just setup a backup of the HS3 folder and all subfolders and it worked perfectly. It created a zip with everything in it.
        Cheers,

Same here. My tests have been done on a life HS3, so with open database. No issues anymore here for the backup itself.

                hopefully this fits..
i have x10 logging on so you will see some of them...

having the log in sqlite is definitely different.. i may have to see if ultralog gets ported... or use sql studio to see if i can connect

                had to attach it..
i went to put it here and it said i was over see..

it was too big!!! 702k when 380k allowed

OK this is weird. I am not seeing those errors and mine is logging fine to the database
Does the BLBackup.mdb file exist in the /Data/BLBackup folder under you HS install?

Capture a debug log of this please and open a help desk ticket on my web site and attach the debug log zipped. I will have a look

The first one fixed the flood of singleton errors in the log, the second one fixed the compactdatabase issue.
