cpu rising all the time with same patern

I really the fonctionnalities of this plugin.

But it is the only plugin makin my cpu runnig to stepwise ...2%-10%-20%-15%-1%

this patern is there all day long at every moment.

Is there a way too stop this patern.

I am only watching 7 apps.
