    BLGData - INFO: Plugin start is pending

    Hi All,
    Actually purchased this Plugin 4 years ago and have never really used it. I now have a Samsung galaxy phone so thought I might try and set up the calendar and use the Plugin for reminders to aid my struggling memory.
    Have been just updating the Plugin as new versions came along, some where along the way it has stopped working. I have not attempted to fix it and am posting here only to see if some one else has had the same issue and knows how to fix it.

      Maybe restart the plugin. Or maybe there’s is a new authentification process after all theses years?

      I would start from scratch. Delete all the file associated to the plugin in you has3 folder , and reinstall the plugin again? Maybe you will get a windows firewall popup?

        Can u install the latest from the beta section
        Delete the folder called "BLGData-yourname" under the [hs3 root]\Data\BLGData
        Then restart the plugin
        Once you try and access the calendars you will get a popup browser window on your HS3 machine
        You need to accept it
        You also need to make sure your calendars are public

          Hi Both,
          Thanks for taking the time to reply.
          So, Not sure if this is a senior moment, as per Bob's instructions downloaded the beta 3.0.29.0.
          The went to "Delete the folder called "BLGData-yourname" under the [hs3 root]\Data\BLGData"
          This does not exist and I must admit I never recall seeing a folder "BLGData-myname"
          Reloaded 3.0.27.0 - Still no folder in Homeseer HS3/Data/ "BLGData-anything"
          Reloaded 3.0.29.0 - Still no folder in Homeseer HS3/Data/ "BLGData-anything"

            Have you added a user to the plugin?
            If so go the the calendars for the user - do you see the calendars?

              Years ago I was able to see a calendar, now can not see a calendar also don't know how to add a calendar and no links to anything from the Plugin, was looking for the "Help"
              to try and set up the Plugin from scratch.
              I do have an API key and secret and have just made my calendar public.
              I did when I set this up originally struggle, basically don't understand API etc so somewhat of a mystery to me. Guess I got it working more by luck than judgement originally.
              As for ""Have you added a user to the plugin?" Totally lost here. Would you be kind enough to point me in small steps.

              Sorry to be a pain. Really would like to get this working as I can hopefully use it to get my house phone system to speak reminders.

              Found where the help files is but can't open it, no link from the Plugin.

                Go to the plugin web page and click on Users
                You need to add your user google account there and enter your client id and secret key
                Under google services - make sure to select at least Calendar for now
                You should then see your user added to the users page
                Click on the Calendars link under your user name
                That should list all of your google calendars - this will popup a internet window on your HS3 machine for you to authorize the api
                if it does not then there is an issue

                Let me know if you have the user added and the outcome

                  Only option I have is to either enable or disable the plugin from the manage page. No links from the plugin at all.
                  Post #1 shows the plugin as it appears in the manage page.

                    If so, then do this for me

                    Make sure you have done this first

                    1. Shutdown HS3
                    2. Edit hspi_BLGData.ini in the config folder and change debugLevel=true
                    3. Save INI file
                    4. Restart HS3

                    Once started go to the options page in the plugin and disable debug logging if you can

                    If not then just attach the BLGData-Detailed.log file zipped
                    It is in the HS3 root folder

                      No log found in root.

                        Is the plugin enabled?
                        If the plugin is enabled then there should be a log

                        Can you make sure you are running the version of the plugin in the beta section of the HS3 updater

                            I am not sure why that is showing
                            Does that always show? That could be why it is not running but I am not sure why that is
                            There should be a BLGData-Detailed.log file in the HS3 root folder if the plugin has even started to initialize.
                            This is very odd

                            Post a screenshot of your hspi_BLGData.ini file - be sure to blackout your google information

                              Hi Bob,
                              Yes the message "INFO: Plugin start is pending" always shows or at least it has done for sometime, I cannot recall when it started. The Plugin did work way back in 2014.
