I can't get the plugin to update; getting error

Installation of package BLGData failed. Try disabling the plugin first, then re-try the update.
Aug-13 7:42:31 AM Updater Error Copying source to C:\HomeSeer HS3\HSPI_BLGData.exe, detailed error: The process cannot access the file 'C:\HomeSeer HS3\HSPI_BLGData.exe' because it is being used by another process.

Tried disabling the plugin, but had no luck. Can I just copy the exe file from the update?

On a different tangent, could you add serial support for BLDenon the next time you visit that plugin? Please?
