    Corrupt DB?

    Hi Bob,
    I got your plug on trial a few days ago and I think I've broken it already :/
    When I add movement devs they eventually disappear from the config page and can't be edited. Anyway, I would like to start with a new DB in case its corrupt. How can I do this? I tried re-naming the db in data\BLRadar hoping it would create a new one but it didn't.
    Also, when creating a zone do I need to create a virtual device first in HS and assign to it in the plugin?

    Delete the BLRadar database in the Data\BLRadar folder
    Try installing the plugin again and it should copy in the database

      Yeah that replaced the db, thanks. I added a couple of movement devs again and rebooted HS, they disappeared again from Maintain movement devices page. Is it normal, they appear to be working ok ?
      The zone I just added is also ok.

        Sorry, the movement devs have stopped detecting movement
        I'm on Hs 3.0.0.93, it's a windows 8.1 VM. Any ideas?

          Log a help desk ticket and capture the movement not working in a debug log.
          Make sure to tell me the movement device that should happen.
          Attach the debug log zipped
