    BLStat is in the works

I am writing BLStat to allow customization when using Z-wave thermostats.
I am looking for people to list their ideas of what they want to see. Let's be reasonable with the requests
    Cheers,
    Bob

A fan schedule to circulate air in the house.

Option to force aux heat when temp drops below a defined temp outside. This would be great for those of us that have heat pumps.

Thanks for writing a much needed advanced plugin for these thermostats.

I would like to see a temp setback at certain times during the day.
Also if someone turn the temp up above a set temp, The temp get reset back to set temp after a giving time. Maybe speak a message when the temp is set back.

Maybe you can setup way to measure how much oil/gas you are burning base on tracking the zwave termostat being turn/on and off.

        Thank you

I do both of these now with simple events.

I would like a page that I can setup my four thermostats. This will save me time in modified events to control set back times.

I thought I would have more requests than this for this plugin. Oh well... makes my life easier

I have a lot done on the plugin so far but I cannot really test it until my z-wave thermostat arrives. I hope it will be here before Christmas and then I can test it.
              Cheers,
              Bob

I have 2 of the Z-wave Trane thermostats. I will be glad to help test the plugin once you have a beta ready.

OK I got the Trane Zwave thermostat installed. Very nice stat

I enabled BLStat and it is working great so far. I did notice that the GetOperating method of the HS thermostat api does not seem to work. The furnace was calling for heat and the call never returned a true. I will have to contact Rich about this one.

Other than that it appears to run fine so far.

bdraper... I might have a beta for you to try this weekend.

                    Stay tuned
                    Cheers,

I have two Trane thermostats and would like to be able to use the Energy Savings Mode (ESM) via homeseer. Being able to control ESM, Hold, or Run is what I really need. Looking forward to the plug-in and would love to help beta test.

I would like to see a Filter Change reminder or counter of some sort, i know there is one on my trane thermostat, but i would like homeseer to know this data as well, i dont know if you can grab the info from the stat or if it would have to be its own counter in homeseer....
