Data Log, Run Times

My data logs and run times do not seem to be recording

I can't get any chart

are these functions working? anyone get them to work?

Do you have database logging turned on?

yes I do

Do you get an error when you run the charts?

no I don't get any errors there just doesn't seem to be any data

The database seems to get the data , but the reports seem to have stopped a while ago.

Ah ok... I did not write the charts. Hopefully stevea willl see this and be able to respond as he is the author of the charts.

The problem is not in the charting, it seems nothing is being logged to database?

Log a help desk ticket and include a debug log showing the issue of no data being logged.

where do I find the debug log?

I have it enabled.

In your HS root folder. It is called BLStat-Detailed.log
Zip it and attach it to the help desk ticket.
