You set the number of days between filter changes. It will trigger an event and/or run a script that you create after the set amount of time elapses. The event/script will trigger everyday until you reset the reminder.

Ihave made a manual event that emails me when the filter needs changing.

Under script command I have entered: &hs.triggerEvent "air filter notification"
Should that work when the counter reaches cero?

No, it needs to be VB.Net syntax. Just change it to &hs.triggerEvent("air filter notification"). Or you could just select "air filter notification" in the "Event Name" dropdown.

I have it selected in the drop down list, but nothing occurs, I will try adding VB.net syntax.

Here are my settings on the BLStat-Options page. Every thirty days, I get an email to change the filter.

On the bottom of the BLStat-Thermostat page, just above the Reset Filter button it should say when the next filter change is due. It won't trigger the event/script until that date.

Thk you for the pic, I have the same configuration, don't no why it didn't notify me. I see that you have it to retrigger every 1 day, at what time of day does the retriggering occur? Also what kind of event did you do for the notification (trigger)?

                It is a manual trigger.

The last time it fired was last weekend at 12:16 am.

Thk you brady that is exactly what I made a manual event. Does your setup notify you when it's time to change temp. In the normal schedule mode?

I don't no what's happening with mines, when it's about to change temp it's say that there a manual change, when no ones has touch the stat. And it happens when it's in the schedule mode.
