Where is "This device's previous value was..."?

    Where is "This device's previous value was..."?

    I'm trying to use this Device History functionality. But when I try (HS4), I never get the sub-menu which includes the "This device's previous value was..." choice, as shown in the manual. How can I use this?       Sorry, I was already working on this issue and was hoping to update you with success, but right now Homeseer has me stymied...

          I haven't And I haven't been able to get any solid help from the forums yet, either. And with Q4 underway, day job has been busier than normal. I'll work on it this weekend and reach out to HST to see if they can provide some hints as to why HS isn't posting back to the plugin when you make a choice...
