Removing Devices

I added several devices to test the plugin. I now want to remove some devices. On the Devices Monitored screen I clicked on the red X. I did remove 2 devices but I have 4 devices that will not remove. When I click on the red X a popup comes up and says "Loading Monitored Devices" and the device does not get removed.

HS4 4.1.11.0 on Windows.
Plugin Trial 3.1.3.0.

From the Status page I selected stop Monitoring Selected Devices. After doing this the devices were removed from the plugin. What is the correct way to remove devices from the plugin?
