What exactly does EasyTrigger do that isn't in the native gui?

I was running a trial of HS3 and recently purchased a full license. While running the trial I installed EasyTrigger to mess around with it but never got the chance to before the trial expired.

Now that I have a lot more devices installed in my home, I'm wondering what exactly EasyTrigger does that isn't in the native HS3?

Everyone seems to love this plugin but I'm having trouble understanding exactly what it does that I can't already do.

• Device comparison triggers
• Random triggers
• Time schedule triggers
• String conditions
• Time schedule conditions
• Group device conditions
• Plug-in running/not running conditions
• Random condition
• Time range before/after sunset/sunrise with offset
• Device comparison conditions
• Set device to variable
• Set device to another device
• Set device string
• Set schedule to another schedule
• Disable/Enable event
• Set group of devices to expression
• Toggle device

There are some of these that have many levels of capability and I may have missed some. Easy Trigger adds orders of magnitude of capability to HS.
