Array of Device Values

Is there a way to save the current status of all devices in a device group? For example, if there is motion in my window wells turn on every light in a device group called "All My Lights" to 98. Then wait 5 minutes and restore the value of all those devices to whatever value they were set at before that event triggered. I know I can create virtual devices one at a time to hold the value of a single device prior to the event, but if "All My Lights" holds 40 devices that would be a real pain to set up.
