Pass Device Value to a Virtual Device

I want to pass my current HS3 device pool temperature to a virtual device once per hour, unless there is no change, or no data (when the pump is off). That way the last temperature will show on my HSTouch app for pool control/monitoring, instead of showing null value when the pump is not running. I may be doing something wrong, but I don't see how to do this easily (for me). I can get the schedule working, but am not updating the virtual device (perhaps I created the wrong type device?). Any guidance would be appreciated. This is what I created for my Event:

Looks like you have the two devices reversed.

Is HS controlling the pool pump?

Yes, HS is controlling the pump through the iAqualink plugin.

sparkman you were correct, they indeed were reversed. I didn't understand the syntax correctly. Thanks for the help!
