Since HS4 the event of "if the device has been for at least" no longer works. I'd like to setup my garage tilt sensor to notify me if I forget to close it. How can I acheive this with ET?

I don't think you need Easy Trigger.
Trigger: Recurring. Choose a recurrence time appropriate to the time span of interest.
And If <Device> has been X for at least x minutesMike____________________________________________________________ __________________
