Group of blinds won't trigger

I have a group of zwave blinds setup but I can't get them to trigger. The devices for the blinds have an Open and Close command. However, in order to open and close them I have to tell Alexa On=Open, Off=close. The status values are 0 for closed/off and 255 for open/on. Within easy trigger, I am setting the group of blind devices to 0 or 255 but the blinds don't respond to that. What am I doing wrong?
