I'm running Windows 10 HS4 4.2.5.0 and when I create a new group it doesn't trigger. I also created a group using the same motion sensor devices as a group that has been working fine and still is (and new event) and it still doesn't work. I have not tried to create a new group for a long time now so I don't know on what HS4 version when it stopped working but it has now. I have a feeling if you modify a motion sensor group (removed one and added one) the group it will stop working as well. This is what I did on a long working Easy Trigger Group when It failed that's why I created the new group that doesn't work either. Any ideas?

I would need more information on this. Can you tell the exact steps you are doing to reproduce this: what type of group you are creating, what exact trigger you are using, etc....

OK after a lot of testing I found the issue. The trigger was a Hubitat Motion Zone (numerous Zigbee motion sensors) that just turned on a virtual switch I use in the Easy Trigger group instead of adding (in this case) 8 individual motion sensors to Easy Trigger. Since they made changes you use to just select that Motion Zone Root device but now that device has a Feature called Motion Sensor that you need to use instead of the root. Thanks!Comment
