Incremental increases

I am attempting to use a ZW39 dimmer for a bulb to maintain a desired temp range. What I am aiming for is to have the intensity (in the example below) incrementally increase the control % until the IF value is over 80. So far only able to preset it a specific control value if the IF value is under 80. I was reading the user manual for EasyTrigger and saw the "Action to control a device using an expression," this looks promising but no luck figuring it out yet. Any advice would be appreciated.
