Triggers are only showing conditions as options

I've run into an issue where I'm trying to add a new trigger to an existing event, and when I use EasyTrigger as the trigger, it shows me the list of options that would normally be shown for conditions. I tried to do it in another event and it worked fine. I'm trying to use "was and becomes" but it won't come up.

Almost a year later and I'm still not able to use the "was and becomes" device value trigger on existing events.

Am I the only one having this problem? I've described how to reproduce the issue. Why is there not even an acknowledgement of my post?

This is a HS4 bug.
What version of HS4 are you running?
If you recreate your event from scratch does it work?

I'm on 4.2.19.0. Yes, it does work if I build the whole event from scratch. It doesn't seem to be consistent either, but it does seem to be happen only when EasyTrigger is not the first trigger in the event.
