Random Trigger

Waited for time specified in event to end and still not lights come on or off. Tried turning plugin on off, tired changing event , still nothing.

the problem is that you have 7 random triggers defined but they all have the same UID, so the plugin thinks it is the same trigger and only create one timer.

I guess you created those triggers with the copy button right?

I' m not sure if it is a bug in the copy feature but anyway I will make the EasyTrigger plugin rely on UID+evRef, rather than just UID.

In the meantime, if you delete six of the random triggers and recreate them without using copy, I think it will work properly.

yes, I did make them all with event copy.
Ok, I'm not going out of town for a few more weeks so I can wait till you release the fix. If you're release isn't done by then I will create events without copying. Thank you so much for figuring this out.

Just wondering if you could add US Holidays and/or a calendar to the easy trigger plugin. This would be very helpful in not running certain events.
Even though the house knows its Occupied, Occupied with kids( off from school) is different for Occupied without kids. This is especially true in the morning events.

Thank you Spud! Now my vacation mode will finally be complete. I've put all the piece together and the random lights will be an integral part of it.

Ok, back at it.
I'm heading out in a few weeks and was trying to set this up again.
I'm still not getting the light to turn on.
Here are the events & log. Newly created event(not copied even though I know you've fixed that issue). Deleted all the other Random Events. TIA

I tried to put EasyTrigger -Time Is ( schedule) as a Group Condition, but each time I select it, it goes back to Choose Trigger?

you're right about that, however it does not seem specific to this plugin. I just asked Rich about it.
