Need to restart plug-in after adding/changing devices

I've recently installed the trial version of this plug-in and it appears that I need to restart the plug-in when I either add a new device or change the name of an existing device.

    Is this expected behavior?
Will EasyTrigger triggers be missed when the plug-in is being restarted?
Can this be corrected so the plug-in does not need to be restarted?

Yes, it is expected. The plug in builds its device list every time it is started. It cannot build them dynamically as you add them. The triggers and conditions use reference IDs so the triggers will survive a name change on an existing device used in an Easy Trigger trigger or condition, but for new devices and name changes to sync up, either the plug-in or HomeSeer needs to be restarted. I just disable and enable the plug-in before I use its triggers or conditions in a new event, if I have added or changed any devices.

Yes, the triggers will be missed if the plug-in is not running.

I don't think there is an easy way the author could rebuild the trigger list every time a device is added or changed as there may not be a mechanism to let the plug-in know each time a device is added or changed within the entirety of devices.

actually there is one , I have just fixed this problem in version 3.0.0.19, so now you shouldn't have to restart the EasyTrigger plugin, after some devices are created/deleted or have their name or location changed.

please test it, it's available here

It is installed and running. I will test it in a little bit.

        Edit:

Works great. Device additions and name changes are immediately reflected in the event choices.

Perfect. Thank you. .19 works as expected. One unrelated test left to validate before purchase.
