assuming 4083 is the correct event then the problem may be the "AND IF" condition, can you try to remove it to test?

when you see "Firing Event ###" in EasyTrigger log it means Easy trigger has found a trigger that needs to be run, but then the HS3 engine still needs to evaluate the conditions before the event is actually run

I got the same thing. I'm about to start a day of meetings , but I will try using something else for the actions (like send me a message). I checked and Homeseer can control that ceiling fan, and it's the same event as before just with the one trigger and condition.

I may also just try creating the event from scratch.

Not sure what it was, but I created a new event and used the same trigger/condition and now it works just fine. Sorry about the false alarm
