Exception UpdateInterval: ...

I keep seeing the following errors in my log:

10/13/2022 10:14:00 Legacy-Plugin Life360 ERROR Exception UpdateInterval: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at HSPI_Life360.Plugin.UpdateLife360Devices(Object obj)

Any ideas on what I need to fix?

I am running Life360 3.0.0.326 on HS4 Standard Edition 4.2.16.0 (Windows)

I'm seeing the same errors in my logs. The errors started popping up in my log a few days ago. My devices seem to be updating properly. But, the log continuously shows the error based on the polling time.

I'm running the save version of Life 360 (3.0.0.326) and HS4 Pro Edition 4.2.16.0 (Windows). I've been using Life 360 for many months.

I'm still getting the same error. Devices are reporting properly.

If this plugin is not supported anymore, is there another plugin that can handle Life360?

Since it doesn't seem like this plug-in is supported anymore. Is there a way to get the source code so we can debug on our own?

I've tried to reach out to the author using multiple channels and he is totally unresponsive (to be fair, I don't know if those channels are active anymore). There is not another plugin at this point, but I'm now having issues with my locations updating properly (places change to inside, but never get marked outside of previous places) so I was just resigning myself to tackling this yesterday...

FYI, I gave up trying to reach Frank and am ~80% done with a new HS4 plugin of my own for Life360. I'm leaving for vacation Sunday, but if it's at all possible, I'm trying to release an alpha version before then.

Same issue here - all of a sudden this morning I'm not getting updates from life360 and see all these errors in the log. Desperately need a fix as I use location extensively. Is there a new plugin? Thanks!

There was a change on Friday night that will have rendered this plugin useless. I did get a new plugin created, though - you can find it in the "Add Plugins" or here: https://shop.homeseer.com/collection...plugin-for-hs4 and be sure you read this sticky note: Legacy HS3 Life 360 Plugin Users: 25% Discount Now Available!

(Note that the change on Friday affected my plugin as well, but there is a new version waiting for distribution to accommodate their changes that HS should make available tomorrow, I just uploaded it this evening.)

I just (literally 10 minutes ago) installed and get an error when entering my life360 username and password - what is the update version number (and I just paid full price - never saw a 25% discount

4.1.1.1 is the one that you'll need, it should be there tomorrow. The current version partially fixed it but there was another scenario I didn't account for so if your token was old or you didn't have one because of a brand new install or because the plugin had already invalidated it, it won't work for you and you'll need the latest and greatest.
