Here are some XML files for Fibaro Double Switch 2. The only difference between them is the firmware version. I have only tested with 3.4, which is currently not documented but I contacted Fibaro and they confirmed the parameters are the same as for 3.2-3.3.

These files are very likely easy to convert to Fibaro Single Switch 2 by modifying ProductType, ProductID (Z-Wave Alliance says 0x0403 and 0x3000) and by removing parameters that are marked as Double Switch only. I can't test these, so I haven't made them (yet - if anybody wants to test, let me know and provide ProductType,ProductID and firmware/application version).

I saw there was no xml for Fibaro RGBW Controller 2 yet. So I created one.

Here is the file for Sunricher Smart Wall Plug SR-ZV9021A (which I think is the same as their SR-ZV9020A, but OEM). Sold in The Netherlands as Robb Smarrt Wall Plug at a Dutch webstore.
