I just down load this for at test today.i went to Random phrase config entered category "alarm disarming" "Active yes" type normal. But I don't see the category registered. I did this several times with no luck. There other setting like apend that doesn't make any sense to me, Is there a help files that I can refer to?

The file has a .doc extension so it is likely a Microsoft Word document and will look like gibberish when opened with Notepad. Look here for a free Word viewer you can install if you do not have Word on your computer.
